2020 AGM-December 10th

Dear Crusaders,

The Crusaders Rugby Club’s 2020 Annual General Meeting has been moved to Thursday December 10, 2020 at 7:30 pm. All members are invited to hear and discuss information on the past season, upcoming projects, and important events.

Please provide your membership type and your member id/number (if available) when registering. We ask that you register immediately or well in advance of the AGM so we can ensure that we have enough Zoom meeting capacity for everyone and we ask that only voting members participate in online voting during the AGM.
Who can vote: registered players 18 years-old or more, registered coaches, life members, registered managers, registered match officials, registered medical staff, active/registered alumni members.
Proxies: If you are unable to attend, you may complete a proxy form to enable another member to vote on your behalf. Contact secretary@crusadersrugby.ca if you need a proxy form and return it to secretary@crusadersrugby.ca before Dec 6.After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the AGM Zoom meeting and a link to add the meeting to your Apple/Google/Outlook calendar.

  • Junior Rugby Director (currently Kevin Brenders)
  • Minor Rugby Director (currently Rob Andrew)
  • Facilities Director (currently Dave Haslam)
  • Fundraising Director (currently Ailie Young)
  • Sponsorship Director (currently Anthony Harrison)
  • Social Director (currently Craig Warnock)
  • Tournaments Director (currently Matt Borris)

Please forward nominations, or your intent to run, for any of the board positions to secretary@crusadersrugby.ca before Dec 6 – though the sooner, the better.
