Crusaders Summer Ball 2025
The Crusaders Rugby Club will be holding our inaugural Summer Ball on Saturday, June 21, from 5 p.m. The proceeds from this event will be provided to the Crusaders Player Fund, a fund to provide financial support to players in need of financial assistance for their club dues. There is limited space and the organizers need to confirm attendee numbers on June 1 – so don’t wait to book your tickets!
Included:
- Champagne and canapé reception.
- Dinner and wine.
- Live band and dancing!

- Live auction of donated items hosted by auctioneer and club alumni, Don Stewart. Bring your wallets and bid on: cruises, your own reserved Cru parking spot, signed Canada team merch, and so much more!
- Countless Raffle prizes: Spa days, sports memberships, Yoga or Pilates classes, gift bags from bakeries, bars, golf clubs. Lots of surprises!
Where: in a marquee on the Archery Field
Attire: semi-formal, formal or club blazers (if you have one!)
Who?: 19+, club members, parents, friends, non-members, and alumni
