NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF CRUSADERS RUGBY CLUB

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Crusaders Rugby Club (the “Corporation”) will be held on the 30th day of January 2024 at 7:00 pm for the following
purposes:

To receive the report from the Directors on the activities of the Club for the 2022/2023 year.
To approve amendments to the Bylaws of the Corporation to bring them into compliance with the Ontario Not for Profit Corporation Act (ONCA).
To receive the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended October 31st, 2023.
To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year.
To appoint Directors of the Corporation.
To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
