NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF CRUSADERS
RUGBY CLUB
NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Crusaders Rugby Club (the “Corporation”) will be held on the 31st day of January 2023 at 7:00 pm for the following
purposes:
1. To receive the report from the Directors on the activities of Club for the 2021/2022 year.
2. To receive the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the financial year ended
October 31st, 2022.
3. To appoint the Auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year
4. To appoint Directors of the Corporation
5. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
